What is Reiki healing?
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive Japanese energy healing practice that channels universal life force energy through the practitioner’s hands to support the body’s natural ability to heal.
During a session, the client remains fully clothed while the practitioner lightly places their hands on or just above key areas of the body. This promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, eases pain, clears emotional blockages, and restores balance on physical, mental, and spiritual levels.
Reiki is safe for everyone, works well alongside traditional medicine, and requires no belief system — it simply helps your body and mind return to a state of harmony.
What do Reiki clients experience during a session?
During a Reiki session, clients often share:

Each session lasts about 60 minutes.
What if I have never experienced energy healing before?
That’s completely okay — most of my clients are brand new to Reiki when they first come in!
You don’t need any experience or special belief for it to work. All you have to do is lie down on the table, relax, and receive. I’ll gently place my hands on or just above your body while you rest. Many people feel a pleasant warmth, tingling, or deep calm during the session, while others simply feel very relaxed. There’s nothing you need to do except enjoy the experience
What can I expect during a Reiki session?
During a Reiki session, you will be in a calm and peaceful environment, allowing you to relax deeply. You will typically lie down fully clothed while the practitioner gently places their hands on or near your body. Expect to feel a sense of warmth or tingling sensation, as the energy flows and promotes healing. The experience is unique for everyone, and many individuals report feeling deeply relaxed, peaceful, and even experiencing emotional releases. Your practitioner will guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have before we begin.
How do I know if Reiki is right for me?
If you're seeking relief from stress, anxiety, or emotional blockages, Reiki could be a beneficial therapy for you. Many individuals find comfort and healing in our sessions, but we recommend reaching out for a personal consultation to discuss your specific needs.You deal with chronic stress, anxiety, insomnia, or feeling emotionally drained — Reiki promotes deep relaxation.
You have persistent pain, low energy, or recovery from illness/injury — many report reduced discomfort and faster emotional/physical recovery.
You're seeking preventive self-care, better sleep, mood balance, or a sense of inner peace.

Do I need to prepare for my session?
No special preparation is needed for your Reiki session!
Just come as you are. It’s best to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes and avoid eating a heavy meal or drinking alcohol right before. Drinking plenty of water throughout the day is helpful. You may want to set a simple intention for what you’d like support with (like relaxation, stress relief, or pain reduction.)
