Policies & Cancellations

I want every session to feel like a safe, held space, for you and for the practice itself. These few policies help make that possible.

Reserving your spot: Prepayment is required to hold your session time.

Rescheduling or canceling: Life happens, and I get it. Just give me at least 24 hours' notice if you need to change your appointment, and we'll find a new time that works for you, no charge.

Running late: If you're running more than 15 minutes behind, I'll have to treat it as a no-show, since that time was held just for you. In that case, the full session fee applies, and I'm not able to offer a refund or reschedule credit.

Canceling with less than 24 hours' notice, or missing a session entirely: These are also charged in full. I know this can feel strict, but it helps me hold space fairly for everyone I work with.

Packages: Prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, and any expiration timeline will be shared with you at the time of purchase.

A Gentle Note on What Reiki Is:

Reiki is a complementary practice meant to support relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being. It is not a substitute for medical or psychological care, and I don't diagnose conditions, prescribe anything, or perform medical treatment. Reiki works best alongside the care you're already receiving, not in place of it.

I always encourage you to keep working with your doctors or therapists for any physical or psychological concerns, and to trust yourself as the one who knows your body and your needs best. Every healing path looks different, and there are no guaranteed outcomes from any session, class, or offering, just an honest space to receive whatever you need that day.
