Where it all begins.

Reiki Level I is your foundation. You'll learn the history and philosophy of Reiki, the hand positions used in a full session, and how to begin channeling healing energy, first for yourself, then for others. You'll receive your first Reiki attunement, opening the door to a practice you'll carry with you for the rest of your life.

This level is for anyone curious about energy work, wanting to deepen their own self-care, or simply ready to begin. No experience necessary, just an open heart.

What you'll receive: Level I attunement, hands-on training, and certification to practice Reiki on yourself and others.

Going deeper.

Building on the foundation of Level I, Reiki Level II introduces the sacred symbols that strengthen and focus your practice, along with the techniques for sending healing across distance and time. You'll receive your second attunement and step into a more confident, practitioner-level ability to hold space for others.

This level is ideal for those ready to offer Reiki professionally, or simply wanting a stronger connection to the energy they're working with.

What you'll receive: Level II attunement, distance healing techniques, sacred symbols, and practitioner certification.

Carrying the lineage forward.

This is where the practice becomes a calling fully lived. Reiki Master training is a deep, intentional step: you'll learn the Master symbol and attunement process, the responsibility of holding space at the highest level, and how to teach and attune others yourself, continuing a lineage that traces back, generation by generation, to Mikao Usui.

This level is for those ready to teach, to lead, and to carry this tradition into the next generation, just as it was carried to me.
